we assume you are the author of the work in question and your name
appears on the book as such. Consequently, you accept responsibility
for any copyright infringement if such ever occur.

with defamatory material or pornographic content.

containing libelous or scandalous material. Our goal is to educate and

by authors for publishing purposes or for any other service is
NON-REFUNDABLE.

Your contract with us is
non-exclusive. You can enter into other agreements concurrently with
this agreement.

The author is allowed to
sell his ebooks published here on other web sites but the price at
which they are sold must not be lower than that at which the author
offers them for sale on our web site. Violation of this rule will lead
to immediate account termination.

Ebooks published under the
FREE publishing package cannot be taken off our network until after 5
years. This enables recovery of funds spent in marketing the work.

On
termination of this contract by either party, all outstanding payments
become due

The author at all times
retains the copyright of his work.

We
do not give out customer information to authors on any account.
Purchase information is confidential and we treat it as such.

Changes to this contract
may be necessary from time to time as Seamless Solutions publishing
business evolves with changing times. The author agrees that
publishing these changes on this web site constitutes sufficient
notice of such changes.

By using the

stated above and to any that may be introduced in the future to protect

reserves the right to review this policy without prior notice. However,
